Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.

Thank you for all that you do. It is comforting to hear the unique challenges that “lightworkers” struggle with, both being acknowledged and coming from a place of understanding. Many times, people that don’t understand beyond the “3D” way of perceiving and living, often try to label our struggle in a “3D” way, where we are often met with the attitude of “get over it”, “everyone has problems”. Which is completely understandable, as we cannot know what we don’t have experience in. However, it certainly can be challenging trying to heal when our challenges are mis-labled and mistaken for something else and when the “3D” world does not support or understand the type of healing that “lightworkers” need. So, thank you Ahu, for your video and this website. I feel understood for who I really am. I feel that my challenges are truly seen for what they actually are. And for whatever reason it was comforting to hear something that I think I have always unconsciously known but never had anyone around me affirm that “lightworkers” have unique challenges that others don’t understand.
Thank you for shining your light, it has brought me much comfort and has helped me to know that my challenges require a different form of self-care. Thank you for all you do!!

I’m finding the layers of this discovery of what it means to be a “Lightworker” continue to unfold. I am finding how important it is to be among like-minded people, like yourself. I am feeling another layer of the pain I felt when I was confused as a child (and adult!) but I am also being so held in loving healing that I know all is truly well.
It is a huge thing to stop trying to find a mirror through other people, especially the people close to us. I think that lends to our franticness and to our confusion and even desperation. There really is nothing wrong at all, we just think there is and think we have to fix “them” so we can get that acknowledgement and comfort of knowing our love is valid and received. I could go on and on.
Perhaps it is a time for a new video!
Truly, I am so grateful to you for responding. Yes, I believe there is a really new form of self-care required in order for us to bring our attention back to ourselves and to learn not to look “outside” for validation and understanding. We are aware of a whole lot and we can support each other in shining our light without worrying about that apparent world “out there” and “them”. We are between thes worlds and it is perfectly perfect that we are being a bit clunky right now. We are masters stepping out and into our knowingness.
